About This Auction

All that part and parcel of land and buildings in the name of SRI. P. MANOHER S/O PERUMALSAMY situated at Salem District, Salem East RD, Veerapandi SRD, Salem Taluk, Amani Kondalampatty Village, Survey No. 11/10 to the extent of Acre 1.63, which was plotted into house sites, as per sub division S. No. 11/10B in which Plot No. 2 having the boundaries and extents are as under: East of : Panchayat Road, West of : Plot No 1 purchased by Mrs S Mani, North of : Land of Kolantha Gounder and others, South of : 20 feet wide East West Pathway. In between the above, the linear measurements: East - West on Northern Side : 35 1/4 ft, East - West on Southern Side : 44 1/4 ft, South - North on Eastern Side : 60 ft, South - North on Western Side : 58 ft. Thus, admeasuring 2345 1/4 sq. feet (inadvertently mentioned as 2383 1/4 sq. ft) of land together with RCC terrace building to be constructed therein and rights to use and/or take cattle, cart and vehicle through the pathways left therein and all pathway rights and easement rights as prescribed in the Sale Deed dated 04 07 2007 (Doc. No.2108/2007) and its parent title deeds and the property is situated within the limits of Amani Kondalampatty Village Panchayat and Panamarathupatty Union. Less: In the above, part of the properties i.e., Plot No 2 (part) to the extent of 261 sq ft was gifted/settled out by the title holder Mr. P. Manohar to and in favour of his wife Mrs. J. Radha Abirami, under a Gift Settlement Deed dated 04.12.2012 (Doc. No. 4308/2012). Present Holding After gifted/settled part of his properties, the title holder Mr. P.
