• Simplified access to auction details that would otherwise require visiting multiple websites
• Consolidated information that eliminates the need to read through multiple PDF files
• Streamlined search and filtering of available auction properties

2.2. सदस्यता संरचना

• We offer four different subscription tiers with varying levels of access and features
• Subscriptions are available on a monthly or annual basis
• All fees are clearly displayed before subscription purchase

3.1. मानक स्थिति

• All subscription purchases made for Auction Hub India are final and generally non-refundable
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods
• Cancellation of a subscription will stop automatic renewal but will not result in a refund for the current billing period
• Users retain access to the service until the end of their current billing period

3.2. अपवाद

निम्नलिखित असाधारण परिस्थितियों में रिफंड पर विचार किया जा सकता है:

• Extended service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours
• Significant technical issues that prevent access to core features
• Accidental duplicate payment or billing error
• Subscription purchase made by mistake within the last 24 hours (first-time subscribers only)

4.1. सदस्यता रद्दीकरण

• Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings
• Cancellation will prevent automatic renewal for the next billing period
• Access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period
• No partial refunds are provided for unused portions of the current billing period

4.2. खाता समाप्त

• We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate our Terms of Service
• Account termination due to policy violations will not result in a refund
• Users who delete their accounts will lose access to their subscription without refund
